Get Involved in Saving Lives! Here are some ideas:

Foster homes help lower costs involved in the physical sheltering and care of animals. They also provide a home environment that is more physically and mentally healthful. Foster families assist in basic training and behavior evaluation.  We provide everything you need for the foster dog, but we need you to provide the love and care. 

Give fostering a try - fill out an application to volunteer below.  Our WILD family will be by your side with all the support you need.

Transportation - being foster based, our dogs all live in different foster homes, and need to be transported for many reasons: like meet and greets, home trials, vet and grooming appointments.  We also rescue dogs from locations outside of Springfield, IL and at times need help getting them to our Foster's home

 Weekend/Event Volunteers - you would be on stand by to help at events that come up! Information about each event will be emailed to you as they come up.

There are times that local events ask WILD to provide Volunteers so we can receive donations to continue our mission!

These events may or may not including handling adoptable dogs
